Outdated Browsers— what you need to know

We regularly review which browser versions can safely access our platform. Here's everything you need to understand why some browsers are blocked and what to do next.

1.Why are certain browsers blocked from accessing the site?

We block outdated browser versions to protect both our users and the integrity of our platform. Older browsers often lack support for modern security protocols (such as TLS 1.2/1.3), current encryption standards, and up-to-date web APIs. Using them exposes users to serious vulnerabilities including data interception and malicious scripts.

Beyond security, legacy browsers cannot correctly render modern web interfaces, which leads to broken layouts, missing features, and a degraded experience. Blocking them ensures every user gets a consistent, safe, and fully functional experience.

2. Which browsers and versions are currently blocked?

The following browser versions are blocked or restricted on our platform:

  • Google Chrome   <  100 Blocked
  • Safari    <  15 Blocked
  • Mozilla Firefox   <  100 Blocked
  • Opera  <  90 Blocked

* This list is subject to updates. Please check this page periodically.

3.How do I know which version of my browser I'm using?

Chrome: Menu (⋮) → Help → About Google Chrome.

Firefox: Menu (☰) → Help → About Firefox.

Safari: Top menu bar → Safari → About Safari.

Opera: Opera logo → Help → About Opera.

4. How do I update my browser to a supported version?

Most modern browsers update automatically. If yours hasn't, you can update manually or download the latest version:

Chrome: Menu (⋮) → Help → About Google Chrome → click Update if available.

Firefox: Menu (☰) → Help → About Firefox — the update starts automatically.

Safari: macOS System Settings → General → Software Update (Safari updates with macOS).
